What currency are prices in?

US dollars (USD). A Starter plan is $9 USD/mo — not New Zealand dollars. All prices on this site are USD.

Is this for small businesses or agencies?

Built first for SMEs who send newsletters now and then — Free, Starter, or Growth. Agencies who want to offer email at scale use Scale: a monthly plan for running client email as work-as-a-service on Hatched Send.

Do you charge per subscriber?

Never. Unlimited contacts on every plan. You only pay for emails sent.

What happens when I reach my send limit?

Sending pauses until you add credits or enable auto top-up with a spending cap you control.

Do I need my own domain?

Yes — verify SPF, DKIM, and DMARC before your first campaign. Emails come from you@yourbusiness.com.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts. Cancel from Settings; your account stays active until the billing period ends.

How does overage billing work?

Off by default. Opt in from Settings with a monthly cap. Extra-email rates decrease as you scale.
